1. Book your appointment
Schedule your qualifying purchase or lease appointment directly with Raul by phone or email using the links on this page. The vehicle, financing approval where applicable, and agreed terms must be confirmed before arrival.
2. Prepare your deal before arrival
Select your vehicle and agree to purchase or lease numbers, including trade-in terms if applicable, before arrival. Complete your credit application and have financing terms approved in advance if financing or leasing. Bring the required ID, documents, and funds to complete the transaction.
3. The clock starts at check-in
The two-hour clock starts when you arrive at the dealership and check in with Raul. The start time will be documented.
4. Delays and documented pauses
Dealership delays—including waiting for finance, paperwork, detailing, or vehicle preparation—count toward the two hours. Documented customer-caused delays, such as missing documents, inaccurate information, or requested changes, pause the clock until resolved. Start, stop, pause, and resume times will be documented.
5. The clock stops at completed delivery
The clock stops when all required paperwork is complete, your keys have been handed over, and your vehicle is ready for you to drive away.
6. Qualifying vehicles
All new and pre-owned delivery-ready vehicles qualify, with a prearranged deal and qualifying appointment. Vehicle availability must be confirmed before arrival.
7. Financing changes
If financing terms must be renegotiated after arrival, the clock pauses during the actual renegotiation regardless of cause and resumes once revised terms are agreed upon. Routine lender or finance-office waiting, without active renegotiation, still counts.
8. Your $100 payment
If your completed qualifying purchase or lease exceeds 120 minutes after documented pauses, Raul will personally pay you $100 immediately upon completed delivery, preferably through Zelle, with another payment method arranged if necessary. This is money paid to you, not a coupon or future-purchase discount. One $100 payment per completed vehicle purchase or lease. The purchase or lease must be completed to qualify.
9. Late arrival
The guarantee still applies if your appointment can be accommodated. Otherwise, we’ll reschedule and the guarantee applies to the new qualifying appointment.
